Payment Information
At CAS Medical we aim to make booking and payment for treatment as easy and as simple as possible so here are your options.
When you book an appointment, we will inform you of the costs of the proposed treatment, test or consultation, and in order that we can confirm the booking on our system we would ask you to pay for the services at that point. There are various way to make a payment as follows
On The Phone – You can call us to make a booking and we will take a payment over the phone via credit or debit card.
(We accept all major UK Credit and Debit Cards with the exception of AMEX and Diners Club.)
Bank Transfer – If you wish to make a bank transfer please contact the clinic and we will supply you with the information you need to make a payment.
Via Payment Link – If you request an appointment and you are not in a position to pay when you contact the clinic, we can send out an automatic Payment Link which again allows you to pay via credit or debit card at you convenience. Please remember that you appointment cannot be confirmed until payment is received.
As you can see, we have multiple payment methods to make the whole process easier.
We accept all major UK Credit and Debit Cards with the exception of AMEX and Diners Club. We are also not able to accept personal cheques.
Note In order to comply with Anti Money Laundering regulations, cash payment of £2,000 or greater, paid either as a single payment or multiple payment that in total are greater than this value for a single episode of care, will require the patient or the person paying on their behalf to produce two forms of ID one of which must be photographic and 2 forms of proof of address.
Typically do not do reviews but made an exception in this case. Was seeking professional advice after being left very disappointed with the service I received from the NHS. Luckily someone recommended Dr Chris Sockalingam who has a surgery at the Clinetix centre in Bothwell on a Saturday. Absolutely faultless service. Dr Sockalingam is approachable and courteous. Made me feel completely at ease and most importantly, listened to my concerns and addressed them. After years of repeat contact with my local GP regarding thyroid, Dr Sockalingam suggested we test for PCOS alongside this. Something that had never been mentioned by my local GP and I hadn’t considered. Bloods taken and results were returned within 2 working days. The diagnosis of PCOS proved accurate. Having recently attended Dr. Sockalingam's clinic I was most impressed by the whole process.
