Encouraging clients to actively participate and soliciting their thoughts, concerns, and expectations is pivotal in achieving client satisfaction. Our goal is to empower patients to take charge of and steer their own healthcare decisions.
We advocate for the adage “prevention is better than cure” and emphasise the importance of periodic health assessments and screening. We encourage clients to undergo annual health checks. The aim is to preserve good health and identify potential health issues at an early stage where intervention can be most effective.
Our clinical lead Dr. Christopher Sockalingam is a dedicated medical professional, specialising in General Practice. He graduated from Edinburgh University in 2004.
Throughout his career, Dr. Sockalingam has remained dedicated to excellence, professionalism, and patient-centred healthcare.
